North London sister duo Hot Stamp deliver their blistering new single 'Better Taste', the sharp and swaggering follow-up to debut and RotD-featured track 'Josephine'. Having grown up making music together and cutting their teeth on the capital’s live circuit, Jasmine and Poppy have already been turning heads with a thrilling, art-pop-meets-punk energy that has seen them tipped by So Young, Under The Radar, The Line Of Best Fit, BabyStep, and more. Where 'Josephine' introduced their cinematic flair and serrated edge, 'Better Taste' is a wickedly sharp, self-assured post-breakup anthem that flips heartbreak into wry empowerment. With a taught, prowling groove and biting vocal delivery, the track showcases a fast-maturing songwriting force – confident, dynamic, and unafraid to bare teeth. With their distinct style and old-school verve, this feels ready-made for spins on Radio 1, 6 Music, and Radio X, and primed for key indie and alt-pop playlists. Their growing reputation has seen them support Courting, Picture Parlour, and Double Virgo, alongside festival appearances at Wilderness and Tenement Trail. Next up is a show supporting Sunday (1994) at London’s Electric Ballroom on 20 November.
