The Americans
Requiem (ft. Sean Lennon)

unsigned

WE SAY

The Americans was formed by the London-born, Paris-raised Charlie Klarsfeld who now lives in New York with rest of this five-piece. Since they started in 2008 they've collaborated with the likes of the Dap-Kings, who contributed the horns section to the band’s self-titled debut EP, Daniel Merriweather and Sean Lennon, who not only features on but also produced Requiem, from their forthcoming White EP, which impresses with a sweet yet psychedelic sound. Other tracks on the White EP reveal a myriad of styles and influences, all presented with an artful pop finesse. Video.
