After a year spent off-radar and reconnecting with his passion for storytelling, Irish alt-pop artist Ocean Tisdall returns with the tender and soul-baring ‘Sugar In His Tea’. Written during the emotional fallout of a relationship break, the track showcases Ocean’s evocative lyricism and rich, soulful vocals over a stripped-back acoustic arrangement. It marks a notable shift in sound since we last featured him in 2022 — a move towards something more intimate, raw, and emotionally exposed. His voice, heavy with feeling and cracked by heartbreak, drifts across the sparse production with the closeness of a whispered confession.
