Vulnerable and intimate, 'In My Eyes' is the striking second single from Polish artist and former BRIT School pupil Ula. Following her gorgeous debut, 'So Kind' in July, this release reveals a different facet of her artistry. Stripping back the production, Ula blends warm synthesisers and glitchy electronics with a vocal delivery that carries a theatrical, almost West End quality. The result is a sincere and hopeful ode, written in Vienna and lifted from her forthcoming self-produced debut EP, due later this year. Subtle yet powerful, the track feels ripe for sync opportunities, 6 Music airplay, and placement on leftfield electronic pop playlists. Fans of St. Vincent, Allie X and Aurora will find plenty to love.
