With a nod to classic heartland rock and road-ready energy, 'Peeking Over The Top' is the latest single from Bergen-based duo The Other End. We first featured them back in 2018 with debut track 'Far From Home', and again with 'California Dreamer' ahead of their 2023 debut album 'The Sun Will Do You Good, They Said'. Now gearing up for their second album 'Core Values' (produced with Cato Salsa of Sivert Høyem and Madrugada fame), due this Friday, the pair return with a confident step forward. Built on a backbone of driving bass and crisp guitar work, the track rolls with an alt-country indie rock feel that's tinged with echoes of The War On Drugs, Springsteen and Tom Petty. Already championed in Norway with national radio airplay on NRK P3 Musikk and strong press support, the track is tailor-made for spins on specialist shows on Radio 2 and 6 Music.
