With its pulsing and fluid electronic soundscape, ‘Mountain Snow’ is the exquisite new release from Amsterdam-based, Afghan artist and producer Ferdous. Inspired by his time DJing in Amsterdam, the track is taken from his forthcoming visual EP, ‘Dreamland’ (out 15 February), and sees the founding member of R&B duo Klyne deliver soulful vocals awash with emotion for a mesmerising listen. His music has seen Ferdous gain praise from Billboard, Clash, The Line Of Best Fit, Colors, The Independent, Notion and Dummy, along with support at BBC Radio 1Xtra and Spotify with playlist adds on Fresh Finds, hyperpop and anti-pop, among others. No news yet on a London show, but if you are in LA on 15 February, he will be holding a release party at MakeOut Music.
