detached is the cheeky and sultry new offering from 22 year old Brixton-born, Oxford-raised alt R&B artist Jazmine Flowers. The emerging singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist burst onto the scene last year with her Adulting EP, a collection of personal alt-R&B jammers inspired by the likes of Kehlani, BANKS, Sevdaliza and Sabrina Claudio. Radio 1 Introducing, 1Xtra, BBC Introducing, Wonderland, Equate, Clash and Guap magazine were quick to support and praise her, while acoustic performances of her EP tracks amassed over 1m likes on TikTok (121k followers). Released today (26 August), detached is a sublime and addictive gem,  perfect for R&B and mood playlists at DSPs. Having performed at the Great Escape festival earlier this year, she played at BST Hyde Park festival, and this weekend will perform at the Big Feastival, Woodstock Live and the Reading and Leeds festivals. An authentic and talented star-in-the-making.
