Fusing powerhouse vocals with heavy doses of rock and alt dance is south London artist FABER on this her latest release. The track marks a new era of sound for the rising artist after she was inspired to change her sound after touring with pop-punk princess GIRLI and her recent experiences of going through therapy. Mixed by Rhys May (BMTH, Shikari), Rage is a sonic concoction of sass and unflinching raw emotion, backed by some heavy and hard-hitting guitar lines, high energy industrial dance elements and big vocals. Before this release, FABER has worked with house duo Maur on a couple of singles, including their latest release Bugging, which received radio support from Radio 1 djs Danny Howard, Charlie Hedges and Pete Tong. Plus, her track Games with Waze was synced to last year’s Love Island. With her edgy new sound and love of dance music, FABER is an artist ready to push boundaries and is one to watch.
