Blurring indie melancholy with raucous anthemic energy is Essex-based outfit Low Lying Sun in this their latest single, Hymn To Say Goodbye. Having impressed Spotify, Apple Music and BBC Introducing Essex on their first outing with the single Car Crash, the lads further explore bold and vibrant indie-rock textures in the title track to their forthcoming debut EP. This bittersweet ode to the end of a relationship is a gorgeous and soaring statement of intent from the four-piece. Early support for the track has come from Clash, and you can watch the video here. With a sound to rival Arcade Fire and White Lies, we reckon these young upstarts have a very bright future ahead of them.
