With a track that’s full of soulful licks, smooth sounds, and funky vibes, meet London-based producer, artist, and songwriter Faye Meana. This emerging artist is a classically trained pianist, who released her debut EP, Nothing’s The Same – a selection of soulful R&B grooves - back in 2017, and gained plaudits across a number of blogs. Since then, she has dropped two more EPs (with After The Rain gaining recognition from Jamz Supernova) and is now readying the release of her second self-produced EP, Sweeter Than Heaven. This sublime jammer with its funky bassline is the lead track from the forthcoming EP and is an absolute gem. From the slick, soulful production to the smooth vocals of Faye, you’ll be bopping away to this groovy number. She has recently been collaborating with Reuben James, Sam Barsh, and Tom Ford on music, and next month will be headlining the Dummy Festival in Dalston on 18 August.
