Released on Friday (15 Jan) and featuring across ten Spotify New Music Friday playlists, Crush is the latest release from Italian-born London based singer-songwriter Alice Pisano. Blessed with a uniquely warm and silky voice, Alice emerged on the scene in 2018 with her independently released debut EP Celebrate Life, which picked up editorial support on Spotify (over 3.5m streams), praise from online tastemakers and support from BBC Radio and National Dutch Radio. She then released the RotD featured Tears Will Set You Free and spent the remainder of 2020 working on new music. This sassy, lush and bold pop number is her first release of the year and sees her explore the conflicted emotions that come with a strong, energy-sucking infatuation. Produced by John Foyle (Maisie Peters, Years & Years) it’s another gem to add to her growing catalogue, and we can’t wait to hear more from her in 2021.
