With its rousing and anthemic chorus, Homeward Bound is the latest single from four-piece Two Weeks In Nashville. Inspired by The Who, Stones and U2, the young rockers draw on some old school music inspirations, as well as some new, to write this track with songwriter Mark Hadfield (Sia) about returning home to loved ones. Recorded on the last day of their first trip Nashville, the track has already picked up tastemaker support from Wonderland, Headliner and Rollacoaster, as well as radio plays at The Student Network, XS Manchester, Spark FM and BBC Sussex and Surrey. Having been building their live reputation with pre-Covid sold-out shows at the O2 Academy Islington and Camden Assembly, the band are set to play a socially distanced gig (restrictions permitting) with The Hoosiers at the Clapham Grand on 17 December.
