We say

With its echoing call of “Gotta stop the hatred now, get back to love and peace”, the title track to Seasick Steve’s tenth album Love & Peace is something we can all get behind. Released via Contagious!, the new “feral little sister” label to Infectious Records, the track’s plea for kindness and understanding is backed by slick, simple bluesy riffs and an upbeat groove with a hypnotic sixties feel. The album (out now) has already picked up considerable praise across Mojo, Uncut, the Times, Rolling Stone, the Sun and Metro among others, while he has been interviewed by Chris Evans on Virgin Radio and received radio airplay on BBC Radio 2 (Cerys Matthews, Steve Wright) and Planet Rock. Now with 50m+ Spotify streams under his belt, Seasick Steve is back with an album full of energy, a positive message for these troubled times and a good ol' listen. Smashing stuff.
