Two months ago we featured the debut track PaperCuts from north-west London producer Measure For Measure. The track went on to feature on Spotify UK’s New Music Friday and The Pop List playlists, as well as pick up support on Beats 1 and praise from the likes of Dummy, Clash and Acid Stag. Now back with Here We Go Again, a track that sonically sits alongside the likes of Flume, Charli XCX and Cashmere Cat, MFM tackles the themes of the push and pull of romantic relationships and whether friendships can come after break-ups. It’s an impressive followup with its Timbaland-esque R&B flavour and head-bopping beat, which we are sure will find a similar success to its predecessor and further highlight this young producer's knack for infectious abstract pop production. Quite simply, marvellous.
