Recorded at Dean Street Studios and produced by Mold and Steph Marziano, Drain is an incredibly infectious and gritty indie-rock number that will have fans of early Arctic Monkeys pogoing around in joy. Written out of sheer frustration of being stuck in a repetitive and dead-end office job, Mold has crafted one of the standout indie debut’s we have heard this year. It’s already picking up online tastemaker support from the likes of When The Horn Blows (Artist of the Week), The Most Radicalist, Vanyaland, and XS Noise, and trust us these won’t be the last either. All there is left to say is to just turn this banger up to ten and forget it’s Monday morning.
