With the summer sun deciding to take a little break here in dear old Blighty, here’s a summery pop dance bopper to get you moving. Released last month, Sober is the latest track from Brooklyn-based producer Imanos on his newly launched imprint Summer Somewhere, whose previous single Lick That saw streaming support on Apple Music and Tidal. This time around he has teamed up with Birmingham-based DJ and producer TRU Concept for some extra production polish and former X Factor winner Matt Terry on vocal duties. Opening with steeldrum keys and a tropical beat, Sober builds into a lush break up anthem that packs a punch with Terry's emotive vocals and hook. Playlist support has come again from Apple Music with addition to their Breaking Dance editorial playlist, plus numerous third party playlists inclusions on Spotify. Add this to your sad banger and summer party playlists, and prepare to hear this across clubs, bars and dancefloors this summer.
