Old Fashioned is the first new music from R&B singer-songwriter Bruno Major since he concluded his year-long project and debut album, A Song For Every Moon, in September 2017. The project saw the north London artist release a song every month and through word of mouth initially, it has now amassed over 200m combined streams and garnered praise from the likes of Billboard, Complex, Clash and DIY among others. Co-written with Dan McDougall (Vérité, Aurora) and produced by Bruno’s longtime collaborator Phairo, Old Fashioned is a beautiful and intimate slow-burning love song, full of sultry vibes and a timeless pop sensibility. Released yesterday, expect to see this feature heavily across streaming services new release programming this Friday, as well as those mellow and love themed playlists, and perhaps with the right push at radio, some well-deserved plays on BBC Radio over the coming weeks too. After a massive 2018, which included his US TV debut on the Late Late Show with James Corden, a UK tour with Sam Smith and sold out headline shows in the US, Asia and at London's Koko, Bruno's 2019 is off to a cracker and we expect the start of another busy year for this rising star.
