We last featured Swiss singer-songwriter Veronica Fusaro back in March 2017 with her sublime electronic number Pluto. Since then, the 21 year old artist has released her second EP, ICE COLD, last year (which entered the official Swiss albums charts at no.16), performed at the Swiss Music Awards at the Hallenstadion in Zurich, as well as the Winter Olympics in Pyeong Chang, and played showcases at Music Matters Singapore, Reeperbahn and the Great Escape festivals. At the end of last year, she released this sophisticated dose of downtempo pop, full of jazz-inspired synths, hip-hop beats and gorgeous sub drops that provide a luscious soundbed for her captivating and emotive vocal. Written about doomed and toxic relationships, it’s perfect for moody contextual playlists and TV sync opportunities. Later this month (22 January), you can catch Veronica play at the Finborough Arms in London when she will be over for a short promo visit.
