Blackpool producers AZTX are a duo in their early twenties who today [July 6] dropped their superb dance-pop debut, My Song, featuring one of RotD’s favourite emerging singer-songwriters, Blakey. Having initially started out playing in cover bands at the age of sixteen, the duo have steadily graduated to writing and producing electronic dance fuelled songs. Their debut track glistens with gorgeous pop hooks and a glossy melody reminiscent of the slick production of Chainsmokers, Matoma, and Martin Jensen. With its addictive beat and smooth vocals from Blakey expect to see this track build momentum across streaming new pop and dance playlists over the coming weeks. It’s very early days for the duo, but on first impressions, they have a bright future ahead of them.
