Kano’s fourth studio album is due out early next year, and Rock N Roller is the first taster of his more polished electro-pop direction. Released on his own Bigger Picture Music label (through Integral/[PIAS]), the list of credits for the album is exciting; Radioclit (Santigold, MIA, The Very Best), Boys Noize, Hot Chip and songwriter/producer Fraser T Smith to name but a few. Early Radio 1 plays for this have come from Jo Whiley, Zane Lowe, MistaJam and Annie Mac. A remix featuring Chipmunk and Devlin got its first spin last week on Tim Westwood's R1 show.
