The album Passing Stranger, which was re-released through Island earlier this month after itÃ¢â¬â¢s initial release on San Remo, is one of the most universally critically acclaimed albums this year. ScottÃ¢â¬â¢s previous single Elusive was playlisted by R1, R2 and Xfm. Early support for Dream Song has come from Zane Lowe, Jo Whiley and Dermot O'Leary.
