Poetry In Motion

We say
Rising Belfast-based singer-songwriter Nathan O’Regan delivers a slice of soul-drenched, rootsy Americana in his latest release ‘Poetry In Motion’. Co-written at the legendary Fame Studios in Muscle Shoals with veteran Nashville hitmakers Brian Maher and James LeBlanc, the track carries the timeless spirit of the studio’s storied past—melding rich vocal warmth with bluesy guitar licks and a classic, lived-in sound. Already featured on new release programming at Spotify and Apple, the track is a natural fit for country, Americana and blues-themed playlists. At radio, we can see this picking up spins on BBC Radio 2 (Bob Harris, Cerys Matthews) and 6 Music, and should appeal to fans of Nathaniel Rateliff, Chris Stapleton and Van Morrison. Taken from his forthcoming debut album, ‘Olive Branch’, which also features the singles ‘Better Days’ and RotD-featured ‘Killer’, the track further highlights Nathan’s vocal power. Next up, O’Regan will appear at Blue Reef and Beautiful Days festivals before heading out on a UK headline tour this autumn to support his debut LP release, as well as joining Ian Prowse and Feeder on the road as support.
