San Cisco
Awkward

unsigned

WE SAY

San Cisco's Awkward is a great piece of summer indie-pop that's already made a massive splash Down Under and could spread to the UK and America as the band head over for CMJ and shows in London later this year. After coming No.7 in Triple J's Hottest 100 this year, the video has racked up over 1.3 million views on YouTube. It's a great start for the Fremantle, Australia based band (also home to Tame Impala and Pond). Early support in the UK has come from John Kennedy and Mike Walsh at Xfm and 6Music, as well as international radio support from influential Dutch 3FM and Current FM in the US. The band has two songs already featured in Made In Chelsea, and has been synced for the Vodaphone advertising campaign in Australia. Video.
