Lindsay Ell is a Nashville-based guitarist and singer who this weekend will be performing at the Country to Country (C2C) music festival in London and this gorgeous blues-soaked country tune is the lead single from her debut album, The Project. Originally from Calgary, Canada, Lindsay has been honing her craft since an early age after being discovered by Randy Bachman (Bachman Turner Overdrive/The Guess Who) when she was thirteen. Produced by Sugarland’s Kristian Bush, The Project sees its physical release in the UK this Friday after having debuted at No. 1 on the US Country chart last year and being named Billboard's Best Country Album of 2017. With over 1.8 million streams on Spotify, Waiting On You is already a favourite of Bob Harris on BBC Radio 2 and with the Huffington Post naming her one of the top country artists to watch, we are sure she will gain new fans in the UK over the coming weeks. Fresh, powerful and easy going country music for fans of Raelynn, Danielle Bradbery, and Sheryl Crow.
