Go Shawty

Kiing Sequence

Origins Inconclusive

WE SAY

Belfast’s Kiing Sequence returns with ‘Go Shawty’, a bold and infectious fusion of 2-step rhythms, Afro-electronic textures, and raw, honest lyricism. Nearly a year on from ‘Stay Right?’ — the dark, techno-infused Afro-drill cut we featured last — he shifts gears here with a brighter, more bounce-heavy sound. Opening on a moody, atmospheric note before lifting into a vibrant groove, the track blends swagger and vulnerability in a confident tale of desire and admiration. With past support from Spotify (NMF, Fresh Finds, ACS) and TV placements including Atlanta season three, the groundwork is laid for a significant breakout. ‘Go Shawty’ is another step in the right direction — bold, immersive and built for both the underground and the mainstream. A serious talent with a global sound.
