Jazz Morley
Safe Place

unsigned

WE SAY

We first brought the excellent singer-songwriter Jazz Morley to your attention exactly a year ago this very week. We’d been seriously impressed by the chilled track Take Me Down from the Bournemouth-based musician, so it’s high time we updated her story and alert you to this latest release. In the past 12 months, she achieved more than three million Spotify streams, and grown her fanbase with sell-out shows in her own right and performances alongside Gabrielle Aplin, Kwabs and RotD favourite Jerry Williams. Tastemaker support has come from The Line Of Best Fit, Metro, Billboard, Elle and NYLON, and her local BBC Introducing Solent continues to be loyal to her music, having recently invited her in for a session after hearing this truly gorgeous song. Her next London show is at Hoxton’s Courtyard Theatre on July 20. We find it remarkable that she remains unsigned, especially with a track this genuinely glorious in her repertoire. Immaculately produced, with plenty of space to let that outstanding and captivating vocal shine though, it’s so good we can imagine international superstar singers clamouring to cover this, believe us.
