Geowulf
Get You

37 Adventures

WE SAY

Geowulf emerged last July when their song Saltwater was picked up for sync use by Corona beer. It was the first taste of success for Australian duo Star and Toma, who began writing music together a few years ago, initially basing themselves between Berlin, London and Gothenberg. This latest track comes after a strong live start this year, having already played The Great Escape and Live at Leeds. The song has had 90,000 streams, over 17,000 video plays, and inclusions in Spotify’s New Music Friday across five territories including the UK. There’s been big love from key specialists including Huw Stephens and Phil Taggart at Radio 1, Lauren Laverne at 6 Music and John Kennedy at Radio X. The debut album is nearing completion, with Duncan Mills at the helm, and you can get a taste of what to expect this coming Monday evening (June 12) when they perform as support to Tove Styrke at Hoxton Bar & Grill, or at Soho House’s hot new venue The Ned on June 19, prior to their Latitude set on July 14. With its wonderful retro-tinged feel and cool summery vibe, we're already totally smitten.
