Florence Arman
Hello Florence, How Are You?

Florence Arman / AWAL

WE SAY

Next up on our recommendations for an artist to watch at this year’s Eurosonic is London-based singer-songwriter Florence ArmanShe is no stranger to the international pop scene, having worked and penned tracks with artists such as The Kooks, Barns Courtney, Rhys Lewis, G-Flip, Crystal Fighters, filous, Harry Hudson, Cro and Bakermat to name a few. In 2021, she released her witty and light-hearted debut EP, Out of the Blue, and since then, Florence has dropped a string of excellent singles, including Stupid Heart and this piano-led pop track. To date, her music has drawn praise from tastemakers The Line of Best Fit, Dork, COLORS and Clash, as well as radio support at BBC Radio 1, BBC Introducing, FM4 (Austria) and over 20 stations in Germany, including DLF Kulture, NDR2 and Radio Hamburg. Plus, she has garnered editorial playlist support at Spotify, Apple, Deezer and Amazon Music. Currently working on her next 7-track EP with her brother, Sebastian Arman, and producer filous, Florence is an artist we highly recommend you check out. She will be playing tonight (18 January, 20.00) at the Stadsschouwburg – Arte.
