KIDS
Night Bus

Scruff Of The Neck

WE SAY

Dealing with early breakups and growing up in the capital, KIDS' music tells the story of band leaders and life-long friends Beau Blaise and Alex Harvey. Last year, the London-based outfit built a devout following through a string of singles releases and live performances at Leopallooza, The Great Escape and Live at Leeds. Along the way, the group have gathered tastemaker support from Radio 1 (Nels Hylton), BBC Introducing (Jess Iszatt) and Radio X (John Kennedy). Opting for a more mellow and stripped-back aesthetic on their latest single (released last month), Night Bus hones in on the more tender side of the band's genre-bending direction. Keeping much of the production focused on a humble acoustic guitar and serenading vocals throughout, the song is a gorgeous release. For those of you interested in finding out more, the band will be playing a headline show at Camden Assembly on 16 March, so mark it down in your diaries.
