20 January 2026 - Press releaseAs it celebrates its 10th anniversary in the US, global digital marketing and creative agency WMA today announced several new executive hires and key promotions internationally. Marking a decade at WMA herself, Crystina Cinti has been elevated to Global Senior Vice President, continuing to report into Founder & Global CEO, Seb Weller.

In her decade with WMA, Crystina has been integral to the agency's expansion into the entertainment and brand space, working with global superbrands like Netflix, Amazon, Live Nation and Audemars Piguet.
Weller shares, "Celebrating ten years of WMA in the US is both a milestone and a moment of reflection. What we’ve created together over the past decade is something I’m incredibly proud of - a company rooted in creativity, culture, and real impact. As we look ahead, I feel more energized than ever about the next ten years: delivering meaningful growth for our clients, expanding our footprint in entertainment, and continuing to innovate as an agency.”
He continues, “I’m deeply grateful to Crystina whose promotion to Global SVP is so well deserved. She has been with us since day one in the US, and her leadership, vision, and commitment have helped shape who we are today. At the same time, we’re thrilled to welcome Kelsi and Nick who bring a wealth of diverse industry experience that will strengthen our team and fuel our ambition."
Continuing the company’s global expansion, Kelsi Ring joins WMA as US Vice President of PR, Social and Marketing. Based in Los Angeles, Kelsi will report to Crystina Cinti and bring her diverse experience working across music, entertainment, gaming, and live events to the ever-growing business.
Kelsi joins WMA at a milestone moment as it celebrates 10 years in the US supporting some of the biggest global superstars and exciting talent in music including RAYE, Gwen Stefani, Lenny Kravitz, Billie Eilish, Zara Larsson, Alicia Keys, Mark Ronson, Elton John, Louis Tomlinson and more. In that time, the agency has delivered award-winning campaigns and held long-standing partnerships with major labels like Universal Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, and Warner Records. For the last ten years, WMA has invested in exceptional talent while building an equally outstanding team so it can continue to be the best partners to its clients for the next ten years.
“I’m excited to welcome Kelsi to WMA at such a momentous and important time for the agency.” Crystina Cinti shares. “Looking back at the last ten years, we're immensely proud of what we've built in the US and yet we know there is so much opportunity still ahead. Kelsi brings with her incredible energy and a wealth of experience — having worked across the brand, independent label, and agency sides — giving her a deep understanding of what our clients are looking for and how to create the kind of cut-through that builds real fans. We have ambitious plans for WMA over the next decade and beyond, and we’re thrilled for all that Kelsi will bring to the team."
Kelsi joins from Red Bull Records where she served as Director of Publicity and Communications for the global beverage brand’s independent label. There, Kelsi oversaw PR efforts for the genre-spanning roster, drove executive visibility through corporate communications, and launched the label’s inaugural networking series, ‘Tapped In’. Kelsi is a seasoned publicity professional with over a decade of experience working in the music industry, with prior roles at Monstercat, INFAMOUS PR, UTA, and Live Nation.
Nick Calafato joins WMA Studios, taking up the role of Global Head of Film & Photography as the agency’s creative arm continues to grow across the globe. Nick has worked at the cross-section of music and production for over 15 years, most recently at Vevo where he was Executive Producer for over nine years. Having collaborated with high-profile talent across a range of campaigns, he has a history of driving global content strategy, establishing and leading production teams, and always ensuring the delivery of creatively charged premium digital content.
Crysinta Cinti adds, “Aligned with our ambition to be the best partner to the talent and brands we work with, we’re delighted to welcome Nick, who joins us from Vevo. Nick will play a key role in expanding our Film and Photography division, driving music and creative opportunities to grow WMA Studios, and strengthening our 360° creative offering across music, entertainment, and lifestyle."
