Winners revealed at star-studded ceremony for the ZYN ROLLING STONE UK AWARDS 2025

Tonight, Rolling Stone UK magazine – the world's greatest music, film and television magazine published in the UK since September 2021 – hosted the third annual ZYN Rolling Stone UK Awards at the legendary Roundhouse, Camden, London.

Guests included Jessie J, FKA Twigs, Lewis Capaldi, Mo Gilligan, Mutya Buena, Mika, Siobhan McSweeney, Dermot Kennedy, Jamie Laing, Tom Allen, Tamsin Grieg, Joanna Scanlon, Tim Burgess, Sian Eleri, Steven Frayne cast members from Rivals including Bella Maclean and Lisa McGrillis and more.

Award recipients included Sir Bob Geldof who received the Lifetime Achievement Award, supported by Defender, while the Album Award, supported by ZYN and hosted by Radio 1 DJ Sian Eleri went to FKA twigs.

The Icon Award, supported by Visit West Hollywood went to The Cranberries, with guitarist Noel Hogan accepting the award from Dermot Kennedy

The evening was hosted by Danny Dyer with a headline performance in tribute to the late Dolores O'Riordan, front woman and lead vocalist of The Cranberries, by Noel Hogan of The Cranberries and Royel Otis. Other sensational performances came from Myles Smith, Jacob Alon and Fayth Ifil from Just For One Day: The Live Aid Musical.

Other notable accolades included The Artist Award which was accepted by Lewis Capaldi – returning to the spotlight two years after winning The Gamechanger Award in 2023 for his openness around taking a break from music for mental health reasons. The Play Next Award – named after Rolling Stone UK's online series to champion fresh new talent – went to Scottish folk singer Jacob Alon.

The Television Award went to Jamie Campbell Bower for his role as the villain Vecna in the hugely anticipated final season of Netflix's global hit Stranger Things.

The Gamechanger Award was received by the cast of the revolutionary hit BBC show Riot Women and its creator, Sally Wainwright.
