Big Sean and Tyla Yaweh have curated the first of UNILAD Sound’s monthly playlists on the global music streaming platform

UNILAD Sound, the biggest online music community in the world, has today joined Apple Music as an official curator with its playlists; Certified, Rising, Dat New New and In the Zone launching this week.

The four regularly updated playlists will bring UNILAD Sound’s audiences not only the best in-house selections to soundtrack daily moves, but also curated playlists from the world’s biggest and brightest artists.

Certified is dedicated to the A-List artists who have been putting their stamp on the world while at the top of their game. These gold-star sounds will be chosen by the best in the business, through UNILAD’s unparalleled access to the world’s biggest stars.

Launching this series is Big Sean; the GOOD Music, Def Jam and Roc Nation affiliate who’s been making waves for over a decade with his heavy-hitting rap stylings. Big Sean will launch UNILAD Sound’s certified playlist with 16 personally chosen tracks that he’s feeling right now, all for our audience’s listening pleasure.

The Rising playlist offering will be dedicated to the artists that are moving up the ranks and fast becoming some of the hottest talent on the planet. UNILAD Sound prides itself on being a tastemaker at the forefront of an evolving musical landscape and this playlist helps it go one step further. For the first instalment of this curated playlist, UNILAD Sound will feature Tyla Yaweh in session, the Post Malone-backed rapper who’s track with Malone, ‘Tommy Lee’, has been streamed over 100 million times.

As well as curated playlists, UNILAD Sound will also be launching Dat New New and In the Zone. Dat New New is all in the name, as every week UNILAD Sound will be updating the playlist with the best new music and tracks that have just dropped. From new albums, EPs to fire singles, Dat New New is the destination for the most current music around. In the Zone is all about focus. An eclectic mix of contemporary and classic cuts ranging from hip hop, grime, rock, indie and instrumentals that will help our community power through work, nail studying or simply just concentrate on the matters at hand. In the Zone will be updated bi-weekly, to ensure our audiences always have something super-varied that’s going to help them lock in while we’re all locked down.
