London-based management company Parade has announced an expansion into North America.
Founded by Leon Wright in 2023, Parade has fast-established itself as one of the UK’s most dynamic and culturally important music management businesses, representing artists Fabiana Palladino, Ruthven, Georgie & Joe, Rocco Palladino and Blake Cascoe.
The company has recently added Mercury Prize nominated acts Jamie Woon and 2025 Ivor Novello winner Berwyn to this roster.
Parade’s New York office will be overseen by Loies Kim, former product manager at Dirty Hit, where she led on projects with Rina Sawayama and Saya Gray. With experience at Capitol Records and RCA, Loies has also worked as an independent commissioner on video productions for artists including Denzel Curry, Killer Mike and Kaytranada.
The signings of Jamie Woon and Berwyn will add further momentum to the company’s growth.
Following an eight-year hiatus, Jamie has announced his third studio album ‘3, 10, Why, When’, on October 3rd 2025 via his own label venture Also Can, distributed by Audiosalad (distribution partner to 300 Entertainment, Method and Roc Nation). Tickets for his upcoming performance at London’s Union Chapel on 13th October sold out in a single day.
Berwyn, who is twice Mercury nominated and an Ivor Novello winner, released his acclaimed debut album Who Am I in 2024 via Columbia/Sony. He is currently deep in the studio recording the follow-up and embarks on a European tour this autumn.
Leon Wright: “I met Loies in New York at the end of last year and I’ve been trying to convince her to join the company ever since. I am excited that she will help me lead the next stage of Parade, and help the roster make further in-roads into North America. Loies and I share the same beliefs in long-term artist development and helping our artists deliver exciting music of the highest possible quality.”
Loies Kim: “I’m truly excited to join Parade. With Leon’s background in A&R and my experience in marketing and visual creative, I believe we have a strong complimentary skill set that will elevate the support and services we can provide. Having artists of the calibre of Jamie Woon and Berwyn join the roster is a real testament to what Leon has built, and I’m looking forward to playing my part in the company’s future.”
In 2024, Leon oversaw the release of debut albums by Fabiana Palladino and Ruthven on XL Recordings / The Paul Institute. Fabiana’s self-titled album received a five-star review in The Guardian and was named Disco Pogo’s number 1 Album of the Year. Recently Fabiana had a huge win as a songwriter when she co-wrote two tracks (Current Affairs and If She Could See Me Now) on Lorde’s 2025 chart-topping album Virgin.
Other notable achievements on the roster include: Ruthven signing a long-term publishing deal with BMG in December 2024, Rocco Palladino winning the 2024 Ivor Novello for Best Album for his co-writes on Yussef Dayes’ ‘Black Classical Music’, Georgie & Joe signing a publishing deal with Beggars Music, and Blake Cascoe contributing to the Fred Again, PlagueBoyMax & Skepta hit ‘Victory Lap’.
