Red Light Management appoints Ceri Dixon as Head Of Digital Partnerships UK

Red Light Management has appointed former Polydor, RCA and Rubyworks employee Ceri Dixon to the position of Head Of Digital Partnerships, UK. Working with the company’s London based team Ceri will report directly to James Sandom, Red Light Management UK MD and join a central services team in London alongside Lisa Ward and Laura Taylor.

Dixon joins Red Light from her previous role at Rubyworks where she was instrumental in global campaigns for domestic and international artists including Hozier. Prior to Rubyworks, Ceri specialised in digital marketing roles with Sony and Universal.

In her role with Red Light Ceri will be responsible for digital strategies, relationships and partnerships across the company’s roster of artists managed from the UK, and will also collaborate with sister companies Chess Club Records and ATO Records.

Red Light Management is in it’s 30th year in 2021, and approaching 10 years in London.

Coran Capshaw founded Red Light in 1991 in Charlottesville, VA, USA while helping Dave Matthews Band grow from local club favourite to one of the most renowned and successful touring groups of all time. Red Light has since developed into the largest independent artist management company in the world. A diverse roster includes Lionel Richie, The Strokes, Odesza, Interpol, Enrique Iglesias, Chris Stapleton, Brittany Howard, Dave Matthews Band, Kelis, Kaiser Chiefs, Phish, ShiftK3Y, Brandi Carlile, Alfie Templeman, Herbie Hancock, Maren Morris and Bonobo amongst others.

James Sandom says: “We’re delighted to add Ceri to our collective of like-minded individuals in Red Light’s London team. In the process of developing sustainable long-lasting careers with our artists, writers and producers, the digital landscape and ever evolving range of opportunities, partners and routes to connect and build audiences continues to expand. Ceri’s experience and knowledge in this area adds focus and real value to our central team.”

Ceri Dixon says: “It’s a complete honour to be welcomed into the Red Light family by James and the team, they are a company I have always strongly admired putting the artists at the very centre of all they do. I’m delighted to start working across the incredible roster they have here in the UK, helping to grow and amplify the amazing work they are already undertaking in the digital space.”
