Perfect Havoc Signs Producer Parx For Multi-Single Deal

The London-based independent record label and artist management agency, Perfect Havoc has signed producer and DJ Alex Cramp aka Parx for a multi-single deal. This deal follows two tracks already released by Perfect Havoc by Parx; ‘Finally’ - a cover of the well-known classic by CeCe Peniston (2019) and the g-house outing, ‘Two Step’ (2020). Riding the success of a BBC Radio 1 ‘Track Of The Week’ with ‘New Levels’ by Tobtok, Milwin, Alfie Cridland and Mila Falls, and a peak position of no.6 on 26th March in the UK Singles Chart for ‘BED’ by Joel Corry, RAYE and David Guetta (in partnership with Asylum/Warner), Perfect Havoc will release the first in a string of new Parx productions starting with new single ‘Oh My’ in May

Perfect Havoc co-founders Adam Griffin and Robert Davies have been busy signing up talent to their label, management agency, and publishing arm ‘Organized Chaos’, including the recent signing of prolific Xenomania songwriter Tim Powell, in partnership with Universal Music Publishing Group

While Perfect Havoc launched in 2015, it was from 2019 where the brand really started its rapid growth. The label now holds five UK top 10s with Joel Corry’s ‘Sorry’ (no. 8), ‘Lonely’ (no. 4), ‘Head & Heart’ (no. 1), and ‘BED’ (no.6), plus with ‘Fake Friends’ by PS1 feat. Alex Hosking (no.19). It has also achieved multiple certifications overseas including four platinum sales for ‘Head & Heart’ in Australia and New Zealand.

Perfect Havoc regularly licenses cooler house cuts to labels such as Toolroom Records and Kitsune, alongside mainstream hits to the likes of Atlantic and Columbia

On the signing of Parx, Adam Griffin commented, “we are delighted to welcome Parx back to Perfect Havoc. With unbelievable flair, huge talent and the drive to match, the dance music industry better look out as he is going all the way. He’s a wonderful character outside of work too and it’s an absolute pleasure to have him back. We can’t wait to get started”.

A graduate in production and engineering of London’s Point Blank Music School, Parx arrived in 2017 with ‘Waiting on You’ on The Magician’s Potion imprint, debuted by Danny Howard on BBC Radio 1, and later followed with ‘Sunrise’ - a collaboration with Kattison on TMTR, which has since streamed over 5 million times on Spotify alone.

Fascinated by the music, technology and fashion of the 1980s, Parx went on to release ‘Feel Right Now’ featuring the opening refrain from Harold Faltermeyer’s seminal ‘Axel F’ on Parlophone. Later came ‘Fantasy’ (again on TMTR) and ‘Bang!’ a collaboration with TCTS on Ministry of Sound, which also gained key BBC Radio 1 support from Pete Tong and Danny Howard.

Remix wise, Parx is in demand with his reworks for Alan Walker, Kirsty Bertareli, Mason and fellow Perfect Havoc signees, Tobtok and Oliver Nelson amongst others, positioning him as one of the go-to remixers of the UK house scene.

Talking about his forthcoming singles and the Perfect Havoc deal, Cramp said, “I'm back bitches! I cannot wait to get some of the music out that I've been making this past 12 months. And I'm buzzing to re-join the PH family again. We both love feel good dance music and I just hope we can all get to a dancefloor sometime soon.”

Now clocking over one billion global streams and - released in partnership with Warner/Asylum - holding the longest running UK no.1 single of 2020 (Joel Corry & MNEK ‘Head & Heart’), selling over 1 million copies, Perfect Havoc has its finger on the pulse of what’s hot in the current climate of crossover dance/pop music.
