Perfect Havoc sign New York producer PS1 to management roster20 October 2022 - Press release
Leading independent commercial dance label and artist management agency, Perfect Havoc, has announced the signing of New York producer and DJ, PS1 to its management roster.
The signing follows a string of hit records for PS1 on Perfect Havoc, which saw PS1’s debut ‘Fake Friends feat. Alex Hosking’ reach No.19 in the UK Official Charts, land A-lists across BBC Radio 1, Kiss FM and Capital Radio, and achieve Gold certified status in the UK.
Co-founded by Robert Davies and Adam Griffin, Perfect Havoc’s head of streaming and business affairs, Davies commented,
“We are excited to welcome PS1 to our management roster, especially since we have already had success with PS1 via our label. His single 'Fake Friends' was an instant hit, which initially came via our website demo submission page. It's so important that young producers know that demo submission opportunities exist; PS1 is a great example of what it can lead to. Pete is a huge talent and we are looking forward to continuing on with the success under his deal with Columbia Records."
Perfect Havoc brokered a multi-single deal for PS1, a.k.a. Peter Conigliaro with Columbia to include follow up single, ‘Life Goes On’, which hit the Shazam Top 5 (UK) in its first week, was playlisted on Capital FM, Kiss FM and Radio 1, and reached BPI Silver status. And in June 2022 followed the feel-good party anthem, ‘Party Like’.
There’s more to come from PS1 under the management of Perfect Havoc across original singles, tours, and remixes, beginning with the new single ‘Big Energy’ due for release on 18th November.
Together they’ll continue to build on an existing remix discography that includes Anne-Marie & Little Mix ‘Kiss My, Oh Oh’, the global smash by Elton John & Dua Lipa ‘Cold Heart’, and UK No.2 single by Nathan Dawe and KSI ‘Lighter’.
Shortlisted for Best Independent Record Label at the 2022 Music Week Awards, Perfect Havoc now holds six Official UK Chart Top 20 singles, multiple platinum, gold, and silver awards, and over six billion global streams.
