Perfect Havoc expand with new employee hire




Today, independent dance music record label Perfect Havoc announce the hiring of their first full time employee.  Frederik Bonnesen has joined the company as Junior Label Manager, leaving UTA where he was working as an assistant on a diverse range of artists.  Prior to that, Bonnesen worked as an assistant at WME, whilst also acting as a remix consultant for Parlophone.  He began his career interning at Get In PR working on a variety of EDM acts, then moved on to C3 Management where he assisted on acts such as Goldroom, Hudson Mohawke, The Lemon Twigs and more.
 
Rober Davies, co-Founder of Perfect Havoc says:
“Frederik's passion for the dance music scene as an avid fan and listener is the heart of what we are all about here and as our first official member of staff as a growing new company we could not be more proud to welcome him to the Perfect Havoc family as Junior Label Manager”.
 
His role at Perfect Havoc will see him assist on a&r, execute the entire roster of releases, manage all label operations via distribution partners and execute marketing and promotional campaigns for the label’s releases.  
 
Co-Founded by Adam Griffin (Ex Sony Music) and Robert Davies (Ex Sony/EA Games), Perfect Havoc is the only Independent label this year to have a number 1 record according to The Official Charts.  The dance music enthusiasts have achieved a number of successes in five years of starting the company with three UK Top 10s and platinum certified records including Joel Corry 'Sorry' (No. 8), Lonely (No. 4) and Head & Heat which spent six consecutive weeks at Number 1 in the UK and has now sold over 1m units in the UK alone.  The label has also recently broken newcomer PS1 with his debut single 'Fake Friends' which has achieved Top 20 UK chart position and Silver status in the UK. Perfect Havoc has partnered with a multitude of labels over the years such as Ministry of Sound, Atlantic Records, RCA, Columbia Records, Polydor, Astralwerks/Capital Records, Toolroom and Fashion label Kitsune.
 
Over the years Perfect Havoc has also created a series of events around the world including eight shows so far in London at venues such as Brixton Jamm, Dalston Roof Park, City Zebrano, Hoxton Basement and SHAPES as well as internationally in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Stockholm, Oslo, Bergen and Helsinki.
 
In tangent to Perfect Havoc is also Organized Chaos Limited - a music publishing arm which is administered by Universal Music Publishing UK under Mike McCormack and Dougie Bruce. Writers include Tobtok and PS1 along with a diverse dance catalogue.
