Parlophone Records announces Ina Rasinger (formerly Jedlicka) and Jin Jin are joining the label as A&R Director and Senior A&R Manager, respectively.

Nick Burgess, Co-President, Parlophone Records said: "As we continue to evolve the new Parlophone, our mission above all is to be home to the most innovative and forward-thinking artists of our generation. Jin Jin and Ina both embody our values perfectly.”

He continued, “Ina’s one hundred per cent artist-driven and has one of the best A&R minds in the business.  She has a gift for spotting unique talent and helping them cross over into the mainstream, and I’m looking forward to her bringing fresh ideas and a global perspective to the team.

“Jin Jin’s also a hugely inspiring character. She lives and breathes songwriting and artist development and knows how to bring the best out of every artist she works with. She’s incredibly well respected throughout the creative community, while also having a great entrepreneurial spirit.

“Their talent is undeniable, and I’m so excited to welcome them to the team.”

Ina Rasinger, who joins Parlophone on 15th January from Sony Music Germany where she was Head of A&R for the Columbia label, has built a reputation for catapulting English artists out of Germany.  She signed James Arthur and A&R‘d his comeback, including the global hit “Say You Won’t Let Go.” Ina has recently worked with Rhodes, and Richard Fairlie, and was also responsible for signing Tap Management’s Grace Carter to Sony.

Jin Jin, who joins the team as Senior A&R Manager effective immediately, is a multi-platinum, genre-defying songwriter who has written with the likes of Jax Jones, Raye, Madison Beer, Sigala, David Guetta and Yebba amongst others. She co-wrote the Jess Glynne UK No. 1’s “Hold My Hand” and “Not Letting Go” by Tinie Tempah feat. Jess Glynne, as well as “Real Love” (UK No. 2) and “Right Here” (UK No. 6). Jin Jin was nominated for an Ivor Novello and won a BMI Award for “Hold My Hand.” She will continue to run her publishing and management company, Jinsing, while working across a broad roster of Parlophone artists.
