Live Nation Entertainment Acquires UK Regional Promoter Cuffe & Taylor
23 January 2017 - Press releaseLive Nation Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: LYV) today announced that is has acquired a controlling interest in Cuffe & Taylor, one of the UK’s fastest-growing promoters focused on festivals and promoting artists in novel and non-traditional outdoor venues.
Cuffe & Taylor will continue to be led by Daniel Cuffe and Peter Taylor as joint directors.
