Kobalt Music Signs Worldwide Publishing Deal With Ovy On The Drums

Kobalt has signed Ovy on the Drums to a global publishing deal. The deal includes a full range of creative, synch, and administration services for his catalog and future works.

Colombian Daniel Echavarria Oviedo, aka Ovy On The Drums, is one of the most sought out Latin urban songwriter/producers. The immensely talented artist, songwriter, and producer was behind Karol G's rise to international superstardom, creating her sound since the beginning of her career in 2014. Ovy's mega hits with Karol include the #1 International hit "Tusa" ft. Nicki Minaj, which won Song Of The Year at the ASCAP Latin Awards. Ovy was also the producer behind Paulo Londra's and Micro TDH's sound since the beginning of each of their careers in 2018, including global hits like "Adan y Eva" and "Te Vi". Ovy has also collaborated with other Top artists and released numerous hits that include "Ahora Me Llama" (Karol G and Bad Bunny), "Futbol y Rumba" (Anuel AA and Enrique Iglesias),"The Other Side (from Trolls World Tour) -Ovy on The Drums Remix" (Justin Timberlake, SZA & Ovy On The Drums). As a recording artist,  Ovy has released numerous singles including "Miedito O Que" ft. Karol G and Danny Ocean, and "Sigo Buscandote" by Mau Y Ricky.
