KiTbetter Opens First North American Manufacturing Facility for KiTalbums in Los Angeles, California

The new site marks a major milestone in KiTbetter's global expansion. It will produce up to four million KiTalbums each year, giving artists across the Americas faster, more sustainable access to production. The first U.S.–made KiTalbums will reach stores and fans in early 2026.

The list of artists releasing KiTalbums continues to expand, spanning legendary acts such as Duran Duran, DEVO, Public Enemy, and Alanis Morissette, as well as independent artists including Frankie and the Studs, Demrick, and KPop Demon Hunters' breakout star Kevin Woo. KiTbetter also supports emerging talent through its self-serve platform, which enables small custom runs and gives artists complete creative control over their releases. To date, more than 10 million KiTalbums have been sold worldwide.
Artist-first and collector-driven, KiTalbums combine a physical collectible with a digital experience designed to restore music's value as something to own, keep, and connect with. Every KiTalbum includes a pocket-sized KiT device that fans click near their phone or tablet to unlock music, videos, lyrics, and album credits.
The Los Angeles facility produces both the KiT device and its signature Jewel Box packaging using KiTbetter's proprietary U-NFC (Ultrasonic Near-Field Communication) technology, protected by more than 30 patents. The company has developed its own specialized manufacturing processes and machinery to ensure precision, quality, and on-demand scalability, while reducing unnecessary waste. Each album is assembled by hand and on demand, combining advanced engineering with craftsmanship to deliver a customizable, sustainable result that strengthens the connection between artists and fans.
