Vevo announces that Kevin McGurn has been promoted to President of Sales and Distribution.
Since 2017, as Chief Sales Officer McGurn has led the company's US and UK Sales organizations, expanded Vevo's annual Upfront footprint and achieved record revenue numbers. McGurn has also led Vevo's push into local, multicultural, and programmatic sales.
McGurn has been instrumental in leveraging Vevo's video distribution deals and translating their value to new and existing sales clients. This newly expanded role will see McGurn work to operationalize and maximize revenue for all company partnerships including Vevo's YouTube programming and the broadening video platform, which attracts around 25bn global views a month, for its 350,000 video catalog.
