Karma Artists Unveils Two Senior Appointments
16 October 2025 - Press releaseLondon based artist management company Karma Artists has announced an expanded vision for the company as it continues to build on recent global successes from its roster of world-class writers, producers, and artists.
As part of this evolution, the company is announcing new positions for Jess Miller, who is elevated to the position of Senor Creative & Operations Manager and Anne Sandig, who comes in as Senior Manager.
Both will report directly to Karma Music Founder & CEO Jordan Jay and will play key roles in strengthening the company’s leadership and creative output.
Jordan Jay said: ‘As we embark on an exciting new era for Karma Artists I’m delighted to announce Jess Millers’ well-earned promotion. She has been with us for over six years and has been pivotal in helping Karma grow whilst maintaining our high standards. Her new role is testament to her hard work and passion for the artists we work with.”
He added, “I’m also really excited to welcome Anne Sandig to the team. She brings a wealth of experience and fresh creative energy to Karma and will play a key role in our next chapter as we continue to scale both creatively and strategically.’”
Jess Miller has been instrumental in Karma’s development over the last six years, supporting its expansion while driving writer and producer success across a broad international client base.
Anne Sandig has extensive music industry experience and brings news perspectives and creative depth to her role. She joins the company having held senior positions at AAM Management and Kobalt.
