Jukebox reveals new Director appointments and reveal-all behind-the-scenes podcast, Loud & Unfiltered



 
Jukebox’s 16th Year is marked with the appointment of a new Director of Communications, Marketing Director and Chief Operating Officer plus launch of a brand new podcast and a new milestone for The Tribes which passed 1 billion views on Instagram and TikTok following more than 1000 campaigns in 2025 already.
 
Jukebox turned 16 earlier this year and marked the occasion with some key new appointments and the launch of a brand new podcast, Loud & Unfiltered. Chris Halliday joins as Director of Communications, Indi Matthews is promoted to Marketing Director and Philipp Robl becomes Chief Operating Officer to elevate an already vastly experienced 360 degree PR and marketing agency that works with some of the biggest festivals, artists and labels in the world. 
 
Chris Halliday rejoins the team having established his own Grounded PR agency in the music, lifestyle and food & drink sectors for the last eight years servicing clients such as Secretsundaze, Percolate, fabric, Dreamland, Patterns, Pistonhead, Brew LDN and Whistle Punks amongst others. He also has a wealth of knowledge about what it takes to drive ticket sales for his clients having held senior level marketing roles at leading London venues Cable Nightclub, Egg London and E1. He brings with him a deep understanding of the industry, an enviable book of contacts and a proven track record in delivering accomplished and effective PR campaigns.
 
Indi Matthews is the youngest director in the company at only 26 and a fast rising superstar who came in as junior three years ago and shot through the ranks to become Account Manager then Head of Influencer Marketing to now be Marketing Director leading The Tribes and influencer deportments as the No.1 music promotion distribution network in the world. Indi previously worked at Untitled Group, which is Australia's largest independent music and events company, so has great experience of the sector and operates right at the cutting edge to ensure maximum impact for Jukebox clients. 
 
Philipp Robl joins Jukebox as Chief Operating Officer. After collaborating with Jukebox on multiple projects over the past four years, Phil has officially stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer, bringing a wealth of music industry experience to the team. A seasoned entrepreneur, Phil has spent nearly a decade working independently, founding four music-related companies along the way. He successfully runs his own record label and has organized events at some of London’s most iconic venues, including several events at Fabric. He is also leading the revival of one of Germany’s oldest techno clubs and managing a consultancy agency. Now, as he takes on the full-time role at Jukebox, Phil will be leading operations and growth strategy while ensuring the team’s well-being—driving the company forward with his deep industry knowledge and passion for music.

In tandem with the growth of the company Jukebox has launched Loud & Unfiltered, a new podcast hosted by Alex Jukes. It launched at the end of February with the first episode recorded on his charity trip to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro making it the highest ever recording of a podcast. Recent episodes in the Inside Ibiza series featured some of the most influential protagonists from the White Isle community including Defected’s Steven Braines, Long Standing Ibiza DJ Jason Bye, Pikes, 528 and The Ibiza Rocks Group’s Andy Mckay plus many more. The series has received over 3million views already and is already positioned as one of the most insightful and influential podcasts in the electronic music industry.
