Jordan Jay

Jordan Jay has left his position as Senior A&R Manager at EMI Records to focus on his management and publishing endeavours at his respective companies Karma Artists & Karma Songs. He will also be re-launching the Karma A&R consultancy division and putting further emphasis on the development of artists.

Karma Artists has started the year strongly with its writers contributing to current radio singles from James Arthur, Nathan Dawe, KSI and two songs on Tom Grennan's No.1 album "Evering Road". It is also in the process of launching a brand new company Karma+ which will offer exclusive song pitching services to some of the world's premier songwriters, with more on this to be announced soon.

Jay enjoyed much success in his 4 year stint at EMI including signing and A&R-ing "Spectrum", the No.1 album for Westlife, two No.1 albums with The Vamps, and the top 5 soundtrack for Elton John's "Rocketman" which saw lead song "(I'm Gonna) Love Me Again" awarded an Oscar and Golden Globe for Best Song and the album shortlisted at The Grammys.

Jay also signed and developed the hotly tipped artists Bree Runway and Olivia Dean and was nominated as Pop A&R of the year in 2019 at the Music Business Worldwide A&R awards.
