Henri Lanz appointed as Senior International A&R & Creative Advisor for Warner Music Nordics

Warner Music Nordics has made a significant addition to its senior leadership team with the appointment of Henri Lanz, one of the region's most respected music industry experts. The award-winning producer, successful songwriter and experienced music industry executive has taken up the position of Warner Music Nordics’ Senior International A&R and Creative Advisor.
In his new role, Lanz brings years of experience in the international music business, and will look to strengthen Warner Music Nordics’ international repertoire development by creating exciting new artist partnerships across a number of key markets.
Lanz has built a reputation as one of the world’s leading producers, having worked with global stars such as 50 Cent, French Montana, Justin Bieber, Kylie Minogue, Pitbull and Sia. He has also played a key role in building the successful careers of several leading Finnish artists, including Cheek and Evelina. Known by the artist name MGI, he won the Producer of the Year Award at the Finnish Grammys (Emma Gaala) in 2014 and 2016.
In 2008, he founded his own music company, M-Eazy Music, and from 2019 to 2024, he served as CEO for both Sony Music Finland and Sony Music Baltics. Over the past year, Lanz has worked as Chief Creative Advisor at Sony Music Finland.
