Ex-Island co MD, Liv Nunn, set to launch new agency

No Boundaries Agency is a brand new business venture founded by Liv Nunn which was born to help foster a deep connection between music and audiences all around the world, through creative content and marketing strategy. 

Liv is a music industry veteran with 15 years of experience working at a major label.  Formerly co-Managing Director of Island Records and most recently consulting as Head of Global Artist Development at Polydor Records, Liv has extensive experience in breaking artists which go on to become global superstars, having overseen and developed campaigns for Ariana Grande, The Weeknd, Mumford and Sons, Dermot Kennedy, Jessie Ware and Sigrid during her career. 

Liv entered the music industry undertaking work experience at Island records where she rose through the ranks, working in TV Promotions, Visual Content, Marketing and then finally, accepting the co-MD role whilst still on maternity leave after the birth of her first child.  

Liv then completed a Foundation course in Pyschotherapy and Counselling whilst working during lockdown, which gives her a unique take on the complexity of human relations and supports her work with artists.  

No Boundaries Agency will offer consultancy services with artists, management and label teams across global artist development, content and marketing strategy. 

The name ties in with the philosophy that music has no boundaries, whatever genre, language or rhythm, there is always a way in which it will impact and move people.  In this era, more than ever, music is accessible immediately on release by everyone, everywhere, via many ever evolving platforms and touch points.  No Boundaries Agency aims to be a conduit that helps facilitate music reaching as many audiences around the world as possible, through innovative, creative, bespoke solutions.

Liv is already taking on various projects for the major labels and has some exciting campaigns in the pipeline with brand new independent artists.
