SyncIt—an intelligent discovery and licensing platform for artist-made electronic music founded by multi-platinum producer/DJ/member of Disciples, Nathan Duvall—has announced its launch. The platform uses AI to streamline the process of finding and licensing music for visual media syncs – including film, TV, games, and branded content – providing solutions in seconds from an initial 2,000-song catalogue of expert-curated electronic music available for licensing requests.
SyncIt launches with music available to request from creators associated with tracks by Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Disciples, Eli & Fur, and more. Artists accepted onto SyncIt can host their music for free, with the platform commissioning 10% on completed syncs–one of the lowest rates in the industry.
SyncIt is invitation-only for music creators, maintaining the quality of the catalogue and not diluting the search experience. The platform solves problems associated with searching for the right sync, like scrolling through generic libraries and slow contracting processes; instead, users describe the music they need in natural language and get personalised results in seconds.
Early SyncIt adopters include global powerhouse companies L'Oreal and Red Bull, as a result supporting real creators and real music.
Following a successful Beta period, SyncIt is now accepting applications for use from Music Supervisors, brands and agencies.
Additionally, BRIT-award-winning producer, songwriter and sound designer Patrick Patrikios has been appointed Creative Director at SyncIt. His experience includes work for high-profile names across music and automotive industries, including Giorgio Moroder, Britney Spears and Little Mix, and Hyundai, Lotus, and YouTube. He has a Billboard #1 record, over a billion streams across digital platforms, and holds the accolade of winner of the 2025 Forty Under 40 Global Awards Tech & Audio category.
Nathan Duvall, Founder and CEO of SyncIt, says: "Electronic music spans 27 sub-genres and is one of the most loved sounds globally, yet it's overlooked in the sync world; we built SyncIt to change that. This platform gives real-world artists a better way to get heard, placed, and paid.
"As someone who's spent 17 years in the industry, I know the struggle. With like-minded expert artists and executives, SyncIt helps artists create sustainable income while doing what they love."
"In hiring Patrick, we have someone who understands the value of music and sound to a brand. He not only brings a wealth of experience working with brands, but a portfolio of names which further cements a solid launchpad for SyncIt."
Patrick Patrikios, Creative Director of SyncIt, comments: "As a producer, writer, and someone who's been on the brand side too, I know how important SyncIt is for artists, brands and content creators. It puts music in front of the right people, fast. Simple, powerful, and built for real impact. I'm excited to build SyncIt with Nathan, for the benefit of our music-maker community peers and beyond."
Curtis Richardson, Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum songwriter/producer/A&R, adds: "SyncIt is a platform designed by creators for creators that's going to help monetise their art in a way that hasn't been done before, giving them control and power back to their art. I'm proud to be a part of SyncIt as a creator who is going to utilise it."
SyncIt makes it easy to search and request licenses using natural language, proprietary metadata, and intuitive tools. Its Smart Search goes beyond simple tagging, offering AI-assisted suggestions tailored to each creative project. At the same time, the software does not train on music, maintaining respect for artist integrity.
