DICE and COLORS kick off partnership with live experience launch

Partnership sees unique, aesthetic music platform COLORS work with DICE for its move into live events, choosing the leading ticketing model that puts the fans and artists first.

The unique, aesthetic music platform COLORS has partnered with DICE, the fast growing ticketing and discovery platform, as its exclusive ticketing partner for the launch of COLORS À PARIS.

Launched in a secret location in Paris a stone’s throw from Place de la République, COLORS À PARIS isa two week-long programme of events with live performances from COLORS alumni as well as workshops, masterclasses and exhibitions, as well as a showroom open to the public.

The launch of COLORS À PARIS marks the start of COLORS’ move to bring its distinctive online platform into a real life setting, with tickets to the inaugural two-week event snapped up within minutes on DICE.

Launching the music platform in 2016, COLORS has developed a reputation of using its distinctive, minimalist aesthetic to showcase emerging artists from around the world, introducing its significant following to a diverse mix of genres in the process.

COLORS chose to partner with DICE for its approach to live events, which puts the fans and the artists first. Since launching in 2014, DICE has changed how fans discover and attend events through its ‘Discover’ feature that merges algorithms and music streaming data to give fans personalised event recommendations just for them. This allows artists to connect with new fans when their shows are on DICE. With COLORS’ reputation of showcasing emerging artists to their global audience, the DICE platform is perfectly placed to help them extend this to live events.

Another draw for COLORS was DICE’s digital platform, which provides fans with an unrivalled ticketing experience with safe, secure digital tickets that can’t be resold, as well as the opportunity for artists to grow their fanbase for live events.

The programme, held at a series of renovated stables in the capital, wraps up on 28th November with the launch of COLORS’ first photobook after a two-week run.

Andrew Foggin, Global Head of Music at DICE, said: “We’ve been big fans of COLORS and how they’ve connected with fans since they began. Partnering with DICE means they’ll be able to provide fans with the leading ticket buying experience in a fair and seamless way, and help artists reach new audiences. Seeing COLORS take their unique platform into the live space is exciting and we’re looking forward to being a part of where it goes next”.
