Department for Business and Trade & Music Technology UK announce inaugural UK MusicTech Mission to Los Angeles
21 May 2025 - Press releaseThe UK's Department for Business and Trade (DBT), in partnership with Music Technology UK (MTUK), has announced the ten innovative UK music technology companies selected to participate in the inaugural UK MusicTech Mission to Los Angeles, taking place June 9-11, 2025.
This landmark initiative will showcase the UK's world-leading music technology sector to key stakeholders in the US entertainment industry that are at the intersection of music and innovation.
The carefully curated cohort represents the breadth and depth of the UK's thriving music technology ecosystem, spanning audience engagement, data analytics, AI integration, and artist tools: Bonza Music, Cirkay, DAACI, Human Native, Maintain Altitude, Musiqmesh, RoEx Audio, SyncVault, Tenwest, and Viktrs.

The three-day programme includes preparatory sessions with market entry experts, panels and keynotes featuring industry leaders, site visits and workshops with major entertainment companies, plus direct engagement with industry giants across major labels, publishers, talent agencies, big tech, gaming publishers, and live event promoters.
The mission will culminate in an exclusive UK Music Reception at the British Consul General's residence on June 11, bringing together the mission participants with key US industry figures.
